What is Level Up Online?

Level Up is an online community for dancers who love West Coast Swing and want to keep improving, no matter where they live.

Most dancers hit the same roadblocks:

Level Up exists to bridge that gap.

Hi, I’m Steve Fitz.

I started West Coast Swing in 2000, and like many dancers outside major scenes, I struggled with limited access to pros and the wider WCS community.
Over time, I found ways to grow beyond local classes through videos, workshops, privates, practice, online coaching and a lot of trial and error.
Level Up is the community I wish I’d had earlier.
A place where dancers can learn faster, stay motivated, and feel connected, no matter where they live.

Yes absolutely! Steve learns from video all the time – but the goal of Level Up is that we get even more than just video. A group of dancers sharing their growth tips & pro’s to answer all your questions.

No. Level Up starts from Newcomer and up. This is exactly the place Steve wanted when he began, till now and beyond. If you love the West Coast Swing dance and want clarity, focus, and encouragement, not perfection – this is the place for you.

No. Level Up compliments local classes and events by giving you access, context, and learning in between.

Not at all. Many members learn quietly by watching and listening. Participation is always optional.

Both. There is structured content and pro insight, but the heart of Level Up is the people and shared experience. We have a forum to share using text, videos etc.. and livestream hangouts for the community + livestream hangouts with the pro’s that the community can join.

West Coast Swing is a long journey.
